FOR THE PROVISION OF The South Eads Street Phase II Improvements project (CC23) is on the east side of Eads Street between South 12th Street and South 15th Street. The project consists of the realignment of the east curb line to establish a street grade bike only lane. The improvements include but are not limited to: installing sidewalks, asphalt pavement, street lights, stormwater infrastructure improvements, water infrastructure improvements, bus stops, and landscaping. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. A bidder's submission of a bid indicates acceptance of these terms. **Pre-Bid Meeting: ATTENDANCE AT THE PREBID CONFERENCE IS OPTIONAL. Minutes of the prebid conference will be recorded by the County and may be incorporated into the solicitation documents through an Addendum. Interested Bidders are, however, urged to attend. Bid Surety in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder.
