The District of Coldstream is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors with expertise in landscape maintenance services for the provision of Parks Landscape Maintenance Services within the District of Coldstream for a two (2) year term, beginning April 1, 2024, and ending October 31, 2025, with provisions for three (3), one (1) year extensions. All questions and requests for clarification relating to the RFP (Request for Proposal) will be directed to operations and purchasing at projectpurchasing@coldstream.ca and must be received by the District on or before 4:00 PM on Thursday February 1, 2024. Email is the only method of contact. The District reserves the right to determine whether the Contractor, the District, or an alternate Contractor will perform any work not specified in this Agreement.
