Renovation of a residential development in Creston, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Southern Iowa Regional Housing Authority Is Requesting Formal Bids For The Replacement Of Siding, Soffits, And Trim On 22 Scattered Sites Located In The Cities Of Creston, Osceola And Leon. All Bidders Must Furnish A Bid Guarantee Equivalent Of 5% Of The Bid Price And One Of The Following: 1. A Performance And Payment Bond For 100% Of The Contract Price; Or 2. Separate Performance And Payment Bond, Each For 50% Of More Of The Contract Price; Or 3. A 20% Cash Escrow; Or 4. A Irrevocable Letter Of Credit. All Bidders Will Be Required To Comply With Davis Bacon Wage Rates And Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The Southern Iowa Regional Housing Authority Reserves The Right To Waive Informalities And To Reject Any And All Bids.
