A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and as described below. 1. Construction of a site improvements at an existing City of Raleigh park located at 1300 E. Martin Street, Raleigh, NC. Work at this site consists of: Removal of existing bluestone paving and sub base material; replacing subbase material and placing new bluestone in same location and pattern as original. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Project Scope is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal of existing stone paving and replacement with new stone paving in the location of the existing. Other questions will be received ONLY in written form. The deadline to submit written questions to the Bid Agent is 4:00pm local prevailing time on Monday, January 15, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of this Notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, the Owner may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion.
