DESCRIPTION: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company ("MTA C&D") seeks to engage an individual consultant (the "Consultant") to provide Project Executive Management Services for a Design-Build Integrated Project. The services of the Consultant shall be performed under the general direction of the designated MTA Representative. Assist in leading project management teams in adopting innovative methods, processes, and standards to expedite effective project delivery throughout the project, mitigating risks and maximizing delivery performance and outcomes. Oversee project performance, ensuring project teams complete short- and long-term goals and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure project teams meet all deliverables and commitments and that all functions are executed in compliance with relevant standards, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Oversee the preparation of key performance indicator reports to track progress and identify issues. Support the negotiation and implementation of construction and construction management contracts and change orders. Prepare and conduct presentations for MTA executives, elected officials and community groups. Participate in development and management of relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a successful project.
