Site work and renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

The City is seeking detailed bids from construction firms to provide complete Construction Management Services for Central Annex Modifications for Battery Electric Buses Edward J. Dowling Transit Facility located at 975 Central Parkway West, Mississauga ON L5C 3B1. The successful bidder will be part of a team formed by the City and consultants for the implementation of the project. The Construction Manager's Fee will be a fixed fee as determined by the City and shown in the Schedule of Prices for all phases and is excluded from the Construction Budget. The Construction Manager's Fee will be paid in accordance with the City of Mississauga Amendments to CCDC 5B - 2010 Contract. The project has a Construction Budget of $17,500,000.00. This amount excludes the Construction Manager's Fee and HST. The scope of work will be divided into three (3) phases as follows: (1) Pre-Construction Phase - October 2024 to June 2025 (9 months) (2) Construction Phase - July 2025 to December 2026 (18 months) (3) Post-Construction Phase - January 2027 to December 2027 (12 months) Documents can be obtained at: https://mississauga.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Tue Sep 17, 2024 12:00:00 PM (EDT)
