General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City, in the amount of 5% of the bid. Labor and Material Bond in an amount at least equal to 100% of the contract. The Bidder shall furnish a surety bond in an amount at least equal to 100% of the contract as security for faithful performance of this Contract. Maintenance and Guarantee Bond, equal to 25% of the contract *The City of Farmington Hills reserves the right, in their sole and exclusive discretion, to reject any or all bids for any or no reason at all, to not award this contract to any of the bidders for any or no reason, to waive irregularities and/or informalities, and to make the award that in the opinion of the City Council is in the best interest and to the best advantage of the City of Farmington Hills.
