Improvements include new water storage tanks, replacing water distribution pipelines and installing automatic pump controls and water disinfection systems to bring the property into compliance with Washington State Department of Health standards. Primary bid items: Supplying three 6,000 gallon fiberglass drinking water storage tanks; transporting, installing and plumbing storage tanks; trenching, installing, and backfilling for PVC pipelines; removing and replacing pump-house shed; installing pump controls, erosion control and site restoration.
