FORMER WELCOME INN MOTEL 1180 SOUTH OUTER DRIVE AND 3425 EAST HOLLAND AVENUE, SAGINAW, MICHIGAN 48601 DEMOLITION, AND LIMITED SITE RESTORATION Sealed Bids for the following approximate quantities of work: Work Plan, HASP, Site Service, Permits, General Conditions, Silt Fence/Soil Erosion Control, Site Security(Temporary Fencing), Mobilization & Demobilization Asbestos Containing Demolition and Removal of Structure and Associated Foundation(s) Backfill Structure Foundation(s) Excavation Area with soil on site(laboratory analysis is included as Appendix B) and/or with Certified Clean Fill Sand and Provide Third-Party Compaction Testing Whereas Applicable Site Restoration - Provide and Place , Clean Topsoil at Minimum Depth of 4"Across Applicable Disturbed Areas of Subject Property and Perform Final Grade/ Grading for Appropriate Drainage Conditions as Associated with Standard Bid Item Buena Vista Charter Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of sixty (60) days after date of receiving bids.
