Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bowling Green, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of the pavement resurfacing and right-of-way rehabilitation of West Gypsy Lane Road from Sand Ridge Road to 125 West Gypsy Land Road and East Gypsy Land Road from I-75 to Dun bridge Road. The project is funded in part by a Federal Highway Administration federal funding program administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. A certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit in favor of the City of Bowling Green in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. A completion date of October 31, 2024. The City of Bowling Green, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
