The Dickson Housing Authority is seeking qualified and responsive painting contractors to provide on-call painting services for public housing units as needed. Scope of Work: o As-Needed Basis: Contractors will be engaged as needed for various painting projects. o Interior and Exterior Painting: Services may include both interior and exterior painting of public housing units. o Drywall Repair and Finishing: Services may include drywall repair and finishing o Emergency Repairs: Rapid response required for emergency touch-ups and repairs. o Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship for a lasting finish.
