Renovation of an educational facility in Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of: the removal and replacement of the existing roofing and related items, removal and replacement of a limited number of existing exterior glazed doors, frames and hardware, and limited plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work related to the roof replacement, as indicated in the plans and specifications. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to Middlesex Community College. Document Notes: Additional sets may be purchased for $50. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to ONLINE, Inc., to cover mail handling costs.
