Renovation of an educational facility in Morehead City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All work to be scheduled and performed to best avoid college interruption. This bid MUST include time on 2nd or 3rd shifts and some weekends as necessary. NOT ALL WORK WILL BE OFF HOURS. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The parties agree that calculation of actual damages resulting from failure to meet the following performance standards is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to calculate accurately, and the parties also agree that the compensation identified for such failures are a reasonable estimate of damages resulting from a failure to meet the performance standard described. Therefore, the parties agree that the Vendor shall be subject to amounts due as liquidated damages but not as a penalty, for each such failure, as follows: $150 per day for substantial work not completed after substantial completion date Question Deadline 01/16/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Written questions shall be emailed to mstroud@stroudengineer.com
