Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monterey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Municipal Wharf 2 Deck Repairs 2023-2024 The work, in general, consists of repairing and replacing wharf structural members/decking and consists of, but is not limited to, sawcut, demo and disposal of the existing asphalt and membrane/reinforcing fabric (if any), repairs or replacement of timber deck boards and stringers, placement of an asphalt (HMA) base course, placement of a waterproof membrane, placement of an asphalt (HMA) surface course, water pollution prevention and traffic control. This work will be performed in two phases, by way of traffic control, to maintain wharf access and operations. At the time of the bid opening, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board. All contractor and sub-contractor license(s) must remain in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall notify the City in writing in the event its license is suspended, expires, or has a change in signatory. Engineers Estimate $400,000.00
