Site work for a retail development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a retail development.
Work will be performed at the following locations: 7700 W. Brown Deer Rd. 8933 N. Granville Station Rd. 8955 N. Granville Station Rd. 8977 N. Granville Station Rd. 9009 N. Granville Station Rd. 9101 N. Granville Station Rd. 8221 W. Northridge Mall Rd. Time for Completion: All work on this contract shall be completed by April 30, 2024. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $300/Day The SMWBE/LSA requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. The SMWBE/LSA Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SMWBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SMWBE/LSA Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive. The apprenticeship requirements for this project are: Zero (0) Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. . THE EMAILED COPY OF THE BOND MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 10:30 A.M. ON THE SAME DATE THAT THE BIDS ARE DUE FOR THAT SPECIFIC OFFICIAL NOTICE, or the bid will be considered non-responsive.
