The Work shall consist of replacing the main 1,200 ampere electrical service switchboard and some of the existing panel boards located in the Main Electrical Room. Feeders for the replaced panel boards shall be replaced. Additional associated work required to clean up the Main Electrical Room, along with removing an existing water heater and installing, and connecting a new water heater (furnished by the Owner) will be required. Bidders shall be Electrical Contractors, licensed in North Carolina, with Owner approved Sub Contractors as required.
