This project consists of hurricane repairs and building replacements at Lockport Recreation Ball Park as indicated in the Construction Documents. Site repairs include replacing damaged fencing, bleacher canopy, and batting cages. This project also includes roof replacement for the Concession Stand. The Office will receive minor repairs as well. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law.
