2024 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project SCOPE: CONSTRUCT 2,496 LF OF CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE (CIPP) WORKING DAYS: 20 CONSECUTIVE CALENDAR DAYS, SEE DSA-2 FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $100/Day BID BOND: NOT REQUIRED PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND: REQUIRED PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: SEPTEMBER 6, 2024 GUARANTEE PERIOD: Two (2) years after the date of acceptance of the completed work. If any questions should arise as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications of any part of the contract documents, the prospective bidder shall submit a written request (FAX acceptable) to the Engineer for an interpretation thereof. The interpretation thereof shall be made by addendum issued to each registered plan holder.
