Any firm can submit a statement of qualifications for whatever services they can provide on one of the projects and we would at a minimum, consider their submission. However, it is assumed that each architecture firm submitting may include the engineering sub-consultants they wish to work with as a part of their proposal. Questions Deadline: 1/19/2024 01:00 PM (CT) ECISD requests interested parties to submit Statements of Qualifications for "Architectural Engineering Services". This RFQ will allow the District to build a pool of qualified firms to call upon as projects become available. Architectural, Landscaping, Surveying, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Communications/Technology Design, etc.), Materials Testing, Test and Balance, and other professional services are required for building and campus improvement of facilities throughout the district of varying scope and size. Projects include, but not limited to, those proposed in ECISD's recent bond that past. Services Requested: Respondents to this RFQ shall identify their experience and qualifications to perform: Pre-Design Services; Site Analysis Services; Educational Programming Services; Schematic Design Services; Design Development Services; Pre-Bond Planning; Coordination & Communications/Public Relations; Prepare Contract Documents; Bidding Assistance; Contract Administration Services; and Field Observation.
