All bids to be F.O.B. Adrian, installed. All bids must be firm for not less than 90 days after official opening of bids. All bids must contain warranty information on the product being installed. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside, "Sealed Bid - Building Maintenance DPW." Scope of Work 1. Siding south and west side of DPW building located at 231 Race St to match recent remodel. 2. Building to be furred out with lumber and sided with 29-gauge steel to match rest of building. 3. All windows to be wrapped along with pillars. 4. West side wall(back) to be furred and sided on both sides complete. 5. Job to be finished by contractor 100% including clean-up of all debris made during the project. 6. All labor and materials included
