Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Bisulfite, Hydrochloric Acid, Buffered Muriatic Acid, Ferric Chloride, Ammonium Sulfate (Dry), Sodium Fluoride, and Sodium Chloride (Salt) Evidence of financial responsibility and a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, based on estimated usage, are required for this event and must be submitted with your response. Bids are for supply to both City of Lafayette and West Lafayette, Indiana. One envelope is required per chemical and bids being submitted shall be clearly marked on the outside of your envelope indicating the chemical being bid. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the bidder.
