The Pflugerville Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the construction of AV and Infrastructure Upgrades, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. Proposers may submit a response for one or more projects, as applicable. Only one set of Qualifications is needed. Each project has a separate scope and related Pricing Proposal. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. Vendors shall also submit an identical copy on two (2) flash drives The project has an estimated budget of $800,000.00 This project will consist of improvements at twenty-three sites. 3. PfISD believes the information included in this CSP is materially accurate, however, the PfISD does not warrant this information to be free from errors or omissions. Proposers are encouraged to inspect the premises prior to submitting a response. The district is working with the following firm to complete this project: Pfluger Architects The District will use Procore Project Management Software for this Project. The software and training, if required, will be provided to the selected contractor at no additional cost. Upon approval of the rankings by the Board of Trustees, the Districts representative Owner will attempt to negotiate a contract with the selected Proposer. If the prices proposed are more than the Districts budget for the Project, the Owners representative may discuss with the selected Proposer options for scope or time modifications and any price change associated with the modification. If the representative is unable to reach a contract with the selected Proposer, the representative may formally end negotiations with that Proposer and proceed to the next ranked Proposer in the order of the selection ranking until a contract is reached or all proposals are rejected. The district intends to obtain final completion of this project by December 31, 2024. Payment, and Performance bonds will be required for this project. Individual requirements are addressed below.
