Renovation of an educational facility in Deer Park, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

It is anticipated that the project will start late spring early summer. Reference Number 0000339457 Capital Improvement Program for Roof Replacement for the Deer Park High School. Please see attached Notice To Bidders for all bid information, details and obtaining bid documents. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - FOB Pre-Paid - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % -- Performance Bonds and Labor/Material Bonds, as called for in the General Conditions are a requirement of each contract. Each Bidder must deposit, with their sealed bid, security in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid and all Alternate Bids in the proper form subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders *The Deer Park UFSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid, and/ or to accept any bid in whole or in part and/ or to award or not award the contract, if in the opinion of the Deer Park UFSD, the best interest of the SCHOOL DISTRICT will 2 thereby be served. This invitation is an offer to receive bids for a contract. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a formal contract in the form contained in the Contract Documents No inquiry received within seven (7) calendar days of the date fixed for the opening of bids will be given consideration
