Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Diamondhead, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work included in the Contract shall consist primarily of Construction of the following items Construction of boat launch, 150' timber pier, floating ADA kayak launch, and timber Pavilion with ADA ramp for comfort station trailer. Bids must be submitted upon the standard forms contained within these contract documents furnished by Engineer, noted in the Information for Bidders. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check on a solvent bank or a Bidder's Bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to operate in the State of Mississippi, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the owner as bid security. Bidders shall also submit a current financial statement, if requested by the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The required documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and the outside of the envelope shall be marked plainly as: Bid No. 2024-001 Noma Drive Waterfront Improvements Phase 1 Boat Launch, Parking & Comfort Station, and the Certificate of Responsibility Number. An acknowledged received copy of all Addenda issued by the Engineer via Plan House must be included with the bid proposal. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of actual bid opening without Owner's consent. Work to be performed shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations and Codes.
