At the Time and Place Noted Above, the Bids Will Be Publicly Opened and Read Aloud. No Bids or Bid Bonds by Facsimile (Fax) Will Be Allowed. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to the Macon Housing Authority, in Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and Payment Bond Will Be Required in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract Price.
