A timeline for award has not yet been established.** M23121 For the Interior Renovations at Shakespeare Community Building, Poppy Avenue, and Water Oak Court for the Macon Housing Authority, Located in Macon, Georgia. At the Time and Place Noted Above, the Bids Will Be Publicly Opened and Read Aloud. No Bids or Bid Bonds by Facsimile (Fax) Will Be Allowed. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to the Macon Housing Authority, in Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and Payment Bond Will Be Required in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Attention is Called to the Provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and to the Requirement That Not Less Than Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Specifications Must Be Paid on This Project. The Macon Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. Contract, if Awarded, Will Be on Lump Sum Basis. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After Time Has Been Called on Date of Bid Opening. **Document Notes: Bid Documents Will Be Provided Electronically by the Architect in Pdf Format to Interested Bidders. The Bid Documents Provided by the Architect Contain a Full and Complete Set of Plans and Specifications for Bidding This Project. Bidders Shall Examine All Bid Documents Carefully in Order to Prepare a Complete Bid for the Project. All Parties Receiving Bid Documents Are Deemed by Receipt to Acknowledge the Architect's Copyright to the Documents Contained on the Bid Documents.
