Site work for a municipal facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
**As of March 27, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Scope Description: Remove existing concrete stairs, stringers and newels that are identified on the drawing, Exhibit D as supporting Details. Do not include sidewalk in the scope. New steps, stringers and newels will be formed and poured to replicate the look and design of the existing stairs. This include matching the color of the existing concrete. Existing architectural details will be document by photograph to replicate in the new stairs. Example provided in Exhibit B as supporting details. Concrete to be 4000 P.S.I. with reinforcement as needed. Contractor to procure and install four (4) removable bollards per manufacturing specification. Bollards to be Vestil BOL-OR-40-BK or comparable. See Exhibit C. Contractor must provide a submittal to the County for approval before procurement and install location of removable bollards. General location is shown on Exhibit B and noted with a black "X". Standard broom finish to be applied. Contractor to provide all pedestrian control and safety barricades during construction. All construction debris to be removed from the site and disposed of properly by the contractor daily.
