Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Conrad, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Conrad Splash Park improvements include the construction of a splash park, miscellaneous sidewalk installation and removals, water service connection, and storm drain installation. The splash park includes 3,360 sf of concrete and aquatic accessories. The piping and controls for the splash pad will be installed within the existing building for the public pool. The control system and splash pad accessories have been purchased by the town and the contractor is responsible for the installation. Approximately 175 feet of 8" PVC storm sewer will be installed with a 48" manhole in Virginia Street. Approximately 55 feet of 3" water service will be installed from the existing 6" water main to the existing building.
