Completion Date: Aug. 28, 2024 Project involves approximately 21,170 S.Y. of pavement pulverizing, 5,200 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement overlay, 1,070 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter replacements, 9,290 S.F. of concrete sidewalk/curb ramp replacements, 11 storm structure rehabilitations, traffic control, restoration of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous appurtenance required to complete construction. Additional Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Mukwonago and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Pre-bid Meeting. Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Mukwonago at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Mukwonago equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Mukwonago as liquidated damages.
