The City of North Las Vegas, Nevada, ("City"), is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms ("Proposer") to conduct Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Assessments, clean-up/reuse planning, area wide planning, along with community outreach, project management and reporting necessary to implement the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Grant. The Contract shall commence on March 1, 2024 and have a term of three years with the option to renew for three (3) one year periods at the sole discretion of the City Manager or designee. She or her designee is responsible for monitoring the project and is responsible for any requested changes by the Respondent. She can be reached at (702) 633-1135, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The cutoff time for any questions regarding this Request for Proposal is January 25, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. local time. Any questions submitted beyond this cutoff time will not be answered. The City reserves the right to cancel the award or execution of any Contract at any time before the Contract has been approved by the City Council without any liability or claims thereof against the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
