A timeline for award has not yet been established.** No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement, (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). All proposals must be hand delivered. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a bid for the Project, the Bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction ("DPMC") as of the date and time of the bid opening in the following disciplines: C012 Windows (The Bidder must be classified in this trade) OR C008 General Construction (The Bidder must be classified in this trade) OR C009 General Construction Alterations and Additions (The Bidder must be classified in this trade) A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also must be submitted with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4(a), N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board. 1. Legal removal of existing aluminum windows, flashings, and related materials as indicated on drawings. 2. Installation of the following: a. Aluminum double windows. 3.
