Site work for a civil project in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Work in the package will prepare the site and build offline track and systems in preparation for the cutover in Phase 1.4. Much of the work in Phase 1.3 is on property owned by SEPTA. Work includes utility protection, roadbed preparation, drainage modifications, and offline installation of track, signal and ET facilities to support the realignment of 2 Through Freight Track and the reconfiguration of the corridor between ZOO-JO and STILES. Work primarily is limited to the north side of the corridor between STILES and ZOO-JO within the former footprint of the existing EJ Track.
