The current steam boiler system is over 40 years old and is beyond its designed service life. The boiler is leaking, and catastrophic failure is imminent. The PSC shall explore all options for a new heating system which shall include but not limited to hydronic, steam or a gas fired system for the warehouse areas. The study shall include cost estimates for each proposed system, potential rebates, ROIs, and calculated.
