Washington County Road Department is seeking bids for a 7.5K Emulsion Tank Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process: Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and Bidders must list brand names on the items bid. Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office. All bidders are required to include a Bid Security, for each bid submitted. The Bid Security shall be payable to Washington County, Arkansas in the equal amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid sum.
