The present project consists of securing the nurses' station by adding glazing and doors, upgrading 4 isolation rooms to allow for a dual purpose (regular and psychiatric), renovating the bathroom to make it safer and adding a safe shower to module C of the emergency department. The work consists of, but is not limited to: - Provision of all required non-construction permits, including related documents; - Demolition of elements; - Temporary work; - Containment work related to infection control; - Containment work relating to the safety of users; - Piercings; - Coordination of the work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by the contractor; - Participates in weekly meetings with the Project Manager and other meetings as requested; - Waste removal; - Daily and final cleaning of the site; - Provision of documentation documents and closure of the construction site. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a hospital that will remain occupied for the duration of the work. The building's activities are continuous 24 hours a day, 24 days a week. To ensure cohabitation that allows for continuity of care, the contractor must be aware of the methods to be followed for phasing work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to a hospital structure.
