This contract provides for the construction of: Schedule A: Sidewalk and ADA Improvements: The construction of approximately 500 square yards of sidewalk and four ADA curb ramps along Daisy Street (SR 17), from 3rd Avenue SE Street to Main Avenue, including but not limited to, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, cement concrete curb, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalk, driveway entrances, hot mix asphalt repair, storm drainage improvements, pavement marking, miscellaneous surface restoration, permanent signing, traffic control and all other appurtenances required to complete the work. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE $250,000 - $350,000 Schedule B: Pedestrian Crossing Improvements: The construction of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) signal system at the intersection of 3rd Avenue SE and Daisy Street (SR 17), including but not limited to permanent signing, pavement markings, traffic control and all other appurtenance required to complete the work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Administrator, City Hall, Soap Lake, Washington.
