Renovation of a fire / police facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Memorial Villages Police Department (hereinafter referred to as "MVPD") is requesting proposals from qualified and capable Roofing and Gutter vendor(s) to remove (if necessary, may overlay) any and all existing roofing and gutters located at the Memorial Villages Police Department in the Spring of 2024. Any proposed respondent must have proper licensing at the time of submission of the response to this RFP. Memorial Villages Police Department reserves the right to reject any proposals, award parts of proposals and waive informalities in the submission of proposals. MVPD also reserves the right to award the proposal to the company meeting all the qualifications and specifications or to the company that provides goods or services at the best value for Memorial Villages Police Department, considering evaluation factors as outlined in the request for proposal.
