Mustang Public Schools is requesting bid proposals for replacement of the field turf at the High School Football Stadium and replacing and/or installation of a field turf system at the High School Baseball Stadium and the High School Softball Stadium. The project includes demolition and disposal of existing synthetic turf, fine grading, excavations of the existing fields, placement of concrete curbs, subsurface aggregate drainage base systems, and synthetic turf surfacing as appropriate. Governance This Public Bid is governed by the terms of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as defined in the Oklahoma Statutes. Completion Time for the Football Stadium Turf Replacement: Work must begin on 5/13/2024 and be ready for the Owner's use no later than 6/14/2024. Expected Final Completion date for the Stadium Football portion is 6/14/2024. Completion Time for the Baseball Field: Work can begin on/or after 5/13/2024 and be ready for the Owner's use no later than 9/30/2024. Expected Final Completion date for the Baseball portion is 10/31/2024 (This final completion date is an allowance of time for completion of punch-list items and shall not impact the Owner's use of their facility). Completion Time for the Softball Field: Work can begin on/or after 11/1/2024 and be ready for the Owner's use no later than 2/1/2025. Expected Final Completion date for the Softball portion is 3/1/2025 (This final completion date is an allowance of time for completion of punch-list items and shall not impact the Owner's use of their facility).
