The work consists of a qualified contractor for Elevator Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services. The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to perform monthly and annual inspections, maintenance (lube and oil), and emergency services at various City locations. Contract length is three (3) years, with the possibility of up to two (2) year extensions The City of Corvallis encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to submit bids.
