Site work and paving for a civil project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals for the 2024 Bituminous Paving Program The project will include milling 1.5"; 9.5 mm Superpave WEARING (1.5" min); Base Repair; Chip Seal; topsoil / seed curbs; stone driveway repair; storm inlet risers; sanitary manhole riser; valve riser; scratch Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid amount, made payable to "The Borough of Plum". Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
