Contract term: Within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. Building 3S Fire Partition. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to this scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Upon completion of Fire Partition installation, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with the Maintenance Supervisor. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. This project is to provide and install 3S interior fire doors between buildings 3&2, per attached stamped drawings to create a 2hour fire partition. 2. Contractor shall perform work per attached Stamped Drawings & Project Manual. 3. Includes infill existing window spaces per attached drawings. 4. Includes conduits, boxes, and pathways to the power supply junction box. 5. Contractor shall verify all existing conditions and become familiar with the task(s) at hand. 6. Broome OPWDD will Provide 120v circuit within 6' of door set on the Bldg. 3 side. 7. All concealed Structures, Electrical conduits/cables, and Fire Caulks must be inspected by OPWDD prior to concealing behind walls or ceilings. 8. Fire Alarm Tie in will be Done outside of this Scope. 9. Submittal package must be submitted and approved, prior to beginning work. 10. Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. 11. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions, and follow industry best practices.
