The Scarborough Sanitary District is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: SNOW CANNING ROAD (PS NO. 1) - PUMPING STATION IMPROVEMENTS The Project includes the following Work: A new pumping station building, reinstallation of odor control system, two new submersible non-clog sewage pumps, wet well, temporary operation of existing station, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. A new 10' wet well including new pumps and suction lines. Installation of a new concrete pad and existing bottled oxygen feed tank and piping. Installation of an existing outdoor generator and automatic transfer switch. Relocation of the existing speece cone and side stream pump inside the new pumping station building. Miscellaneous site work including grading, landscaping (allowance) swales and paving. Yard piping modifications including modifications to sewer manholes and sewers, new wet well and pumping station, wet well influent piping, water service, and discharge forcemain piping. All demolition, excavation, dewatering, excavation support, erosion control measures, bypass pumping as necessary, backfilling, compaction, restoration of growth, and all other construction activities necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system to meet the intent of the Construction Drawings and Project Manual.
