Millsaps College ARPA Upgrades Project # 1302 1701 N State Street, Jackson, MS 39210 The project focuses on HVAC upgrades consisting of the alteration of chilled water systems at three buildings by replacing or installing a new chiller and associated electrical infrastructure at Millsaps College including New South Dormitory, Academic Complex, and Murrah Hall. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Submit your offer on the Bid Form and attached additional required documentation outlined. Millsaps College and Path Company reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Bidders will be required to provide a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 10% of the Bid Amount. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders to use at the bid site.
