This RFQ is for qualified vendors to supply the Town with a Class I/III Survey for their use in designing the proposed drainage along with a metes and bounds description of the proposed easements across two lots, as specified. The Public Works Department is seeking quotes to supply the Town with a Class I/III Survey for their use in designing the proposed drainage along with a metes and bounds description of the proposed easements across two lots identified as the Town of Narragansett Assessor's Plat NS, Lots 522 & 527 (73 Bayberry Rd & 162 Camden Rd). We are looking to install a drain line from an existing catch basin on Bayberry Rd and end it at a new catch basin to be built on Camden Rd. Surveyor will provide the Town with a Class I/III Existing Conditions Survey of the two lots and include topographic information limited to the southern portion of the two lots from the existing dwellings to the southerly property lines along within the roadway ROWs in the vicinity of the catch basin on Bayberry Road and that area on Camden Road by lots 527/528 Once this has been completed the surveyor will prepare a 10' drainage easement across the two lots and will prepare the necessary plans and legal descriptions of the easements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
