The District is soliciting Leased Lit or Dark Fiber Wide Area Network (WAN) proposals. This is a ring configuration or equivalent at twenty (20) Gigabits per second (Gbps) and upgradable up to one-hundred (100) Gbps with all equipment residing on District premises from qualified eligible telecommunication vendors as defined by Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). This is looking to compare options for Leased Lit Networks, Leased Dark Fiber Networks, and Self-Provisioned Networks at twenty (20) Gbps through one-hundred (100) Gbps. CCISD requests the proposal provide an option of up-front capital for new construction, special construction, and fiber deployment with reduced monthly recurring cost to CCISD. Corpus Christi Independent School District (District) reserves the right to award or reject any section of the proposal or all proposals, waive all irregularities, and choose the best value proposal. All questions regarding this proposal must be e-mailed to techbids24@ccisd.us by Tuesday December 12, 2023 before 4:30 PM. Sealed proposals must be submitted by mail or hand delivered in an envelope marked on the outside with the vendor's name, address, Proposal title, and Proposal number.
