The OWNER reserves the right to waive all informalities and irregularities, and determine which Bids are most advantageous to the Project, and to award the Contract on this basis. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Bidders shall maintain insurance in the types and amounts indicated the Contract Documents. Hays County Water Control and Improvement District No. 2 will accept sealed bids for the repair of the Belterra Phase 4 Section 12A Water Quality Pond Gabion Wall. The work to be performed includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, and labor necessary for the demolition of the existing gabion wall and the construction of 202 feet of gabion wall with a concrete foundation and a sediment depth marker. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing a minimum of ninety-six (96) hours before the bid opening. Answers to all such requests will be given in writing to all bidders, in Addendum form, and all Addenda will be bound with, and made a part of, the Bidding Documents.
