The Housing Authority of the City of Providence Rhode Island is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Interior Renovations on floors 1 & 2 at Dexter Manor located in Providence, RI. All pre-bid requests for information (RFIs) must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, January 22, 2024, by 12:00 PM, prior to when bids are due. Address all pre-bid questions or requests for information pertaining to this project and bid documents to Elizabeth Baldwin, Sr. Project Manager at ebaldwin@provhousing.org with a CC to Jeremy Bitner, RGB Architects at, JBitner@rgb.net No RFI's will be addressed after this deadline. The RFI Response(s) will be posted to the PHA website for all potential bidders to review prior to submitting a bid. Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders will be required to make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned businesses and to offer employment, training, and contracting opportunities in accordance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
