Renovation of a municipal facility in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,657-square-foot municipal facility.
The Scope of Work (SOW) is summarized as follows Removal, repair and/or replacement of items indicated in the contract documents. All work shall be executed using suitable equipment and shall be performed in a manner to prevent damages to the surrounding area outside the specified scopes of work. The time period of completion is 120 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specification and drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for in the contract documents. This is inclusive of work which may be required in order to complete the identified work. Work, materials, or equipment described herein which so applied to this project covered by a well-known technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform TPCG South Campus Hurricane Repairs. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law
