Furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials and performing all operations required for the construction of WMF Fueling Station located on the Wirtz Dam Road. Contractor shall perform the following 1. Perform site visit to ensure location, layout and site staging areas. 2. Procure all materials required. 3. Construct and build to in accordance with stamped construction design prints. 4. Provide schedule updates at least bi-monthly to LCRA project management. 5. Above ground fuel tank (double-walled, with compartments for fuel types) a. Fuel Types to be - Gasoline, Diesel and DEF. 6. Fueling station will be canopy style-similar to LCRA's DSC facility - Pictures below. 7. Install all necessary software Fuel management unit and veeder-root a. Software systems will be ready for live operations at project completion. b. Include Software component in QA/QC plan. 8. The fuel management unit will need to be setup and integrated as a new facility location with LCRA's existing cloud-based fuel management system(FMlive). This system will be LTE connected and cloud-based providing remote access and functionality for various tasks such as adding users and vehicles, accessing reports, checking tank levels (including diesel, unleaded, and DEF), and receiving alarm notifications. The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials and performing all operations required for the construction of WMF Fueling Station located on the Wirtz Dam Road.
