Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work will include: - Installation of a new sanitary sewer service lead and connection to the existing 200mm sewer. The service to include a two-way cleanout and be terminated at property line. Bedding and cover as per OPSS and OPSD 1000. - Installation of a 19mm watermain service including Main Stop, Curb Stop, and Service Box. Service to be terminated at property line. Badding and cover as per OPSS and OPSD 1100. - Final watermain tap to be completed by Town's Water Department. Contractor to maintain communication with project lead to coordinate the works. - Road cut and asphalt paving to include the full width of roadway (shoulder to shoulder). - Roadway Closure will be facilitated by the Town of Collingwood. - ROP submission is required, however, fees will be waived.
