The City requires a qualified contractor to provide construction Services for the upgrade of sidewalks and crosswalks. The project will enhance the safety of Hurd Street and Silverdale Avenue corridors by including new sidewalk and driveway ramp infrastructure, Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons (RRFB), relocation of crosswalks, curb extensions, enhanced pavement markings, street lighting, and related drainage features within the roadway dedication.
